Decorative vases: design objects and studio ceramics
A decorative vase is not an accessory element; it is a volume that defines the character of a space. In the workshop, each piece emerges through improvisation on the potter's wheel and the play between the lines of each volume, transforming the raw material into design object stable, sober pieces designed for minimalist decor.
If you are looking to bring modern vases into your interior design projects or your home, here you will find direct answers about how I work, the characteristics of the pieces I make on the wheel and the buying process.
The process in the workshop: I invite you to watch in this video how one of these pieces is made from scratch on the potter's wheel, where technique and control of the material define the final form.
Handmade stoneware ceramics
Each piece is unique and is made entirely by hand. They are handmade stoneware ceramics fired at high temperature (1200°C (2192°F)). This gives them a unique vitrified density, making them washable and extremely durable.
A necessary distinction: the true value of craft
Today, the term “handmade” is used very lightly in decor. Much of what is sold under that label is mass-produced pieces made with casting molds, using low-fire clay bodies and standardized industrial glazes. They are objects identical to one another, lacking vibration and prone to cracking with everyday use.
“The potter's fingerprint”
True work as a wheel is today a craft of resistance; few of us are left who keep this practice alive with rigor. Working freehand on the potter's wheel lets me interact with the inertia of the material so that every piece is always different. I don't look for the symmetrical uniformity of the industrial mold, but for the tension and singularity of every line. That variation is intentional, it is a sought-after value that comes from technical improvisation and mastery of the craft, and it is what separates a mass-produced utilitarian object from a piece of studio ceramics meant to bring a unique presence to the architecture of a space.

Series, color palette and care
I work in two main lines that live perfectly with contemporary architecture:
- Unikas Black: Dark, sober volumes with a deep texture that absorbs light.
- Unikas Quartz: White stoneware pieces with light matte glazes that reflect natural light cleanly.
Can they be washed? Since these are fully vitrified high-temperature stoneware pieces, you can wash them by hand with complete peace of mind; the glaze of my own formula doesn't chip, doesn't change over time and doesn't lose its original finish.

Payment and shipping
The value of the work also lies in the transparency of its purchase. For your peace of mind, the logistics of the pieces are resolved as follows:
- Payment methods: You can buy the series directly through the online shop. You pay with Mercado Pago, with credit and debit cards.
- Guaranteed shipping: Moving fragile objects demands rigor. That is why shipping throughout Argentina is free, dispatched 2 to 5 business days after purchase. For the rest of the country, we ship with double-protection high-density packaging, home delivery, at no cost.
Each of these decorative vases is made to slow down the rhythm of its surroundings and bring a point of quiet balance to the architecture of your space. They are not passing objects; they carry the hours of dedication, the fire and the fingerprint that only true craft can leave. If you feel that any of these pieces resonates with what you are looking for, the shop is ready to welcome you.
