Welcome to Durão Studio. By browsing and buying on this website, you accept the following terms and conditions governing the commercial relationship with Fernando Durão.

1. Purpose and Authorship

All pieces sold are artist-made works, thrown by hand on the potter's wheel and fired at 1200°C (2192°F) in stoneware. Because of their handmade nature, each piece in the collections Unikas Black y Unikas Quartz is unique and may show slight variations in shape or tone compared to the photos.

2. Prices and Payments

  • Prices are shown in Argentine Pesos (ARS) to buyers in Argentina and in US Dollars (USD) to buyers in the United States.
  • Argentina: we accept all credit and debit cards through Mercado Pago. United States: payment is made with PayPal, including cards through PayPal.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • CABA: Shipping is Free. Dispatch is between 2 and 5 business days after purchase.
  • Greater Buenos Aires: Shipping is Free. Dispatch is between 2 and 5 business days after purchase.
  • Rest of the country: We ship throughout Argentina with reinforced packaging, home delivery and free of charge for all provinces. Dispatch is between 2 and 5 business days after purchase; arrival time depends on the carrier.
  • United States: Door-to-door shipping is included in the price of the piece, at no additional charge. Delivery takes approximately 15 business days. Import duties and customs charges, if any, are paid by the buyer. More information in Shipping and Returns.

4. Returns and Warranty Policy

  • Packaging: Shipments to the interior of the country are sent with reinforced packaging so the piece arrives in optimal condition.
  • Right of withdrawal: For purchases delivered in Argentina, the customer has 10 days to return the product as long as it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • United States: Returns are accepted only if the wrong piece was sent. Damage during transport is resolved case by case, with photos and no time limit. See Shipping and Returns.

All content, designs and photographs on this site are the exclusive property of Fernando Durão. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
