Shipping and Returns

At Durão Studio, every stoneware piece fired at 1200°C (2192°F) is one of a kind. That is why my delivery system is designed to make sure your artist-made piece arrives in perfect condition.

1. Free shipping in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires

  • Cost: Shipping is 100% free within CABA (the City of Buenos Aires). It is also free in Greater Buenos Aires.
  • Dispatch: Between 2 and 5 business days after purchase.
  • Packaging: Every piece ships with reinforced packaging and careful handling to ensure it arrives intact.

2. Shipping to the rest of the country

  • Cost: free, the same as in CABA and Greater Buenos Aires.
  • Secure packaging: For shipments to the provinces I use a special reinforced packaging system.
  • Dispatch: Between 2 and 5 business days after purchase; arrival time depends on the carrier.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept all credit and debit cards through our secure platform.

4. Returns

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the piece, provided it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Shipments to the interior of the country are sent with reinforced packaging so the piece arrives in optimal condition.

5. Shipping to the United States

  • Cost: Door-to-door shipping to the United States is included in the price of the piece, at no extra charge.
  • Delivery time Approximately 15 business days. This is an estimate: the actual time depends on the carrier and on customs.
  • Payment Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and payment is made through PayPal.
  • Customs and taxes International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes or customs charges at the destination are the customer's responsibility. I recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
  • Tracking Once the parcel leaves Argentina, the postal service and customs of the destination country handle the delivery. If needed, I will help you trace it with the carrier.
  • Address Please double-check your address before paying. If a mistake is found after dispatch, it may not be refundable.

6. Returns and damage on shipments to the United States

  • The right of withdrawal in section 4 applies to purchases shipped within Argentina. For shipments to the United States, returns are only accepted if I sent you the wrong piece.
  • If the piece arrives damaged, write to me with photos as soon as you receive it and we will sort it out case by case.
  • Every piece is handmade and may vary slightly from the photos.
