This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site, buy a piece or write to us, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to visitors and customers in Argentina and abroad. At the end you will find a summary in English (<a href=\"#english\">English summary<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Who is responsible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The party responsible for processing your data is <strong>Fernando Dur\u00e3o<\/strong> (Dur\u00e3o Studio), with a workshop in Lan\u00fas, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. What data we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data you give us when you buy:<\/strong> first and last name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the details of your order.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Payment data:<\/strong> payments from Argentina are processed by Mercado Pago and payments from the United States by PayPal, which receive the data needed to process the payment under their own privacy policy. This site does not store your card details.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Data you give us when you write to us:<\/strong> name, email and message, when you use the forms, email or WhatsApp.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Reviews:<\/strong> your name, the rating and the comment you choose to publish, and your email so we can invite you to leave a review after your purchase.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Abandoned carts:<\/strong> if you start a purchase and leave your email at checkout without completing it, we may store your email and the contents of your cart to send you a reminder. Every message includes a link to stop receiving them.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Browsing data:<\/strong> IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. You can also turn off Google Analytics with <a href=\"https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this official add-on<\/a> and manage personalized ads in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/adpreferences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meta's ad settings<\/a> and in <a href=\"https:\/\/adssettings.google.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google<\/a>. The exact cookie names may vary depending on the version of each tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and the applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
